AERIAL YOGA
Aerial Yoga is a unique hybrid practice that combines traditional yoga poses with strengthening components and fun of Aerial Arts. It is done on soft fabric trapeze hanging from the ceiling. In Aerial Yoga the body is supported in mid-air and with the help of gravity yoga poses are explored in a new exciting way that strengthens the whole body, while enhancing body’s proprioception, proper alignment, decompression of the joints and relaxation of deep muscles and fascia. Fear and tension are released while building self-confidence and having loads of fun!

FLOW AERIAL YOGA
Flow Aerial Yoga is a unique hybrid practice that combines traditional yoga poses with strengthening components and fun of Aerial Arts. It is a classes open to everyone who already have trained in to the basic practices of Aerial Yoga and they can follow easily all instructions and the flow of this playful class. During the class of Flow Aerial Yoga we are creating a moving sequence (vinyasa) that is fun, exciting and uplifting.
-Classes suitable for everyone over 13 years old.

UNNATA® AERIAL YOGA
Unnata Aerial Yoga uses the hammock to help students hold their bodies in the shape of traditional Yoga postures, the weight of the body being either partially or fully supported by the hammock. Many Unnata Aerial Yoga postures are designed to help the student better understand the purpose of traditional Yoga postures and to help students achieve advanced traditional Yoga postures. The Unnata Aerial Yoga technique achieves more than a simple stretch. Our physical posture changes over time to increase our flexibility, develop strength, and forge deep, full breathing. Deep breathing reinforces a calm and serene attitude, which in turn increases our mental flexibility as well – the purpose of practicing Yoga. RESTORATIVE AERIAL YOGA
Restorative aerial yoga is practiced with the hammock as a prop and support, and involves only a handful of restorative poses you’ll hold for extended periods of time — but you’ll really connect your mind with your body. Restorative Aerial Yoga can be practice in different levels of the hammock form the flour aiming to open the body, release pain, restore and balance, release stress and help us with mood changes or emotional blockages.
– Suitable for everyone with stressful lifestyle and people living in this hectic society, health issues or emotional unbalances.
-For individuals over 13 years old.

PRENATAL & POSTNATAL AERIAL YOGA
You are welcome to join our gentle Prenatal & Postnatal Aerial Yoga classes that combines, traditional prenatal hatha yoga asanas / poses on the floor and gentle asanas on the hammock. Often hammock is used in different levels form the flour as a prop to help body to practice better the poses. Those unique classes are very gentle, easy to all pregnant women, playful, full of stretching and very very relaxing!
-Suitable for all pregnant women from the 3 month and up and in good physical state. Doctors advice is required.
-Suitable to all new mother right after a natural delivery or 3 months after a cesarean delivery.

KIDS’ AERIAL YOGA
Kids’ classes are designed to offer children ages 6 to 12 a fun and freeing way to begin learning about yoga, these unique classes have benefits above building strength, flexibility, and body awareness. Kids’ Aerial Yoga invites kids to learn simple asanas, inversions, and arm balances all while swinging or hanging in the air. This is a relaxing and encouraging practice in a safe space where giggles are always welcome.
