MINDFULNESS MEDITATION (4 weeks course)
Mindfulness meditation course I its a 4 week basic course open to everyone who wish to explore the state of mindfulness in his / her daily life, with simple practices. We connect with our senses in an easy way so we can adapt all practices in daily life. This course its a great source for everyone who wish to start practicing more his / her attention, focus, memory, being more to the present moment, feeling more happy and released. Aim of this course is to understand and experience the state of mindfulness so to be more able to move on with the next course of Mindfulness (8 weeks course) or in any other kind of Meditation practice.
– Suitable for everyone with stressful lifestyle and people living in this hectic society, health issues or emotional unbalances.
